No child in the world deserves to go to bed hungry, drink dirty water or sleep out in the streets. Sadly, this is the situation for millions of orphans around the world, and many of them are orphans, without one or both parents.
Being an orphan anywhere in the world is a serious challenge, whilst being an orphan in a land facing poverty, disasters and calamities presents extreme challenges which are truly unbearable.
As-Suffa Relief are providing urgent care, comfort, support and sponsorship to many orphans in Palestine, Lebanon and Pakistan.
There are now more than 30,000 orphans in Gaza alone due to the recent escalation in violence. Many of them have no surviving family and without support, their future looks very bleak.
In Lebanon, there are hundreds of thousands of Syrians living in make-shift camps whilst working out in the fields for $1 a day, just to be able to feed themselves.
In Pakistan, economic difficulties and natural disasters have exasperated the suffering of orphan boys and girls who struggle every single day.

The best of mankind, our beautiful prophet Muhammad ﷺ was the greatest orphan to ever walk this earth. His father Abdullah passed away before the prophet ﷺ was born, and his mother Aminah passed away when he was six. Not only was he ﷺ born as an orphan, but he also had to deal with having no parents as a child.
