Hunger causes extreme distress to many and As-Suffa Relief are on a mission to satisfy the hunger of many of these people who simply do not deserve it.

Prophet Muhammed said: “Whoever relieves a Muslim of a burden from the burdens of the world, Allah will relieve him of a burden from the burdens on the Day of Judgement. And whoever helps ease a difficulty in the world, Allah will grant him ease from a difficulty in the world and in the Hereafter.”

Sadly, every year many people die from hunger including in countries such as Syria, Palestine and Bangladesh.

We have a duty to take care of these people no matter what, to prevent these tragedies from occurring again. They’re our family away from home and if they’re going through pain and distress, then together we should all feel this pain and distress, and this should bring us to respond adequately.
